Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became inseparable when they first met. Ashley Hudson was 17 and had never been with a woman before, so they took their time. It was, however, romance at first sight. Andrew was praying to God on New Year's Day just before 2016 began. Andrew demanded God for one final favor this year, which was that Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley would like to create the wedding with a rustic, folk theme to represent her and Andrew. The couple combined their favorite things to create the perfect wedding. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of the land Ashley grew up on. Ashley was a keen player and would explore every inch of the property, which included the paths they had taken in order to reach it. In addition, Andrew and Ashley were walking around across the field several times since they first started dating. Since the wedding was almost entirely DIY, personalization played a big role. Andrew's father as well as Ashley and Ashley designed the ceremony and the seating arch. Ashley made and painted some of the decorations for the wedding. Ashley claims that we might never have the amazing wedding I had imagined if the wedding hadn't been for Anna's beautiful floral design. Absolutely stunning.
